ISTAMBOUL - Un kamikaze a fait exploser une bombe, samedi, dans la principale rue commerçante piétonne d'Istanbul en Turquie.

On fait état de cinq morts et d'une vingtaine de blessés.

L'attaquant figure parmi les personnes décédées.

Le gouverneur de la ville, Vasip Sahin, a déclaré que l'explosion avait eu lieu à l'extérieur d'un bureau du gouvernement local sur la rue Istiklal, où se trouvent également des cafés, restaurants et bâtiments consulaires étrangers.

Selon l'agence de nouvelles privée Dogan, au moins trois des blessés sont des ressortissants israéliens.
