Chris Freytag is a nationally-recognized fitness expert, speaker, contributor to Prevention magazine and an author of several books, including her latest, Get Started with Weight Loss. Chris shares her healthy living tips weekly on the Minneapolis NBC affiliate in a segment called Motivation Monday. She also has appeared nationally on the Today show and Lifetime TV. She has created dozens of workout DVDs to help people get fit and stay motivated. Her latest is called Get Your Body Back.
