L'avocat de l'homme de 66 ans, Me Alan Guttman, confirme qu'il fera appel de la peine infligée à son client, condamné à la prison à vie sans possibilité de libération conditionnelle avant 20 ans pour avoir assassiné un technicien de scène et en avoir blessé un autre au Métropolis, le soir de la victoire de Pauline Marois aux élections québécoises, le 4 septembre 2012.
