San Francisco: la Québécoise Audrey Carey a été victime d'un meurtre

This was taken during the Boerne Dickens on Main Christmas parade on Hauptstrasse, right around Red Crest if I remember correctly. You can see the snowflake decoration around the streetlight in the background. The police cars were blocking off the end of the parade route, and I had plenty of time to take 30-second exposures.The cops were very nice, and although I didn't ask, a few of them saw me balancing the camera on a coffee cup and tried not to walk through the shot. They wanted to see it when I finished, and thought it was pretty cool.

SAN FRANCISCO — Une jeune Québécoise de 23 ans, Audrey Carey qui résidait en Montérégie, a été victime d'un meurtre en Californie, selon ce qu'affirme la police.

Son cadavre affichant une blessure à la tête a été découvert par un passant, dimanche matin, près du club de golf Golden Gate Park, à San Francisco. Il semble qu'elle ait séjourné dans la ville pour assister au festival de musique Hardly Strictly Bluegrass.

Le journal «San Francisco Examiner» rapporte mardi que la jeune femme résidait à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

Elle a été identifiée car la police a trouvé des documents sur elle et un téléphone cellulaire à proximité de son cadavre, mais une identité formelle devra être établie.
