Baltimore : Au milieu des émeutes, cet homme prône une approche non violente (VIDÉO)

« Ne leur donnez pas une raison. » C'est le message qu'a voulu faire passer un homme, hier, à Baltimore, au moment où les esprits s'échauffaient entre la police et les gens autour de lui.

Au milieu des violentes émeutes qui ont eu lieu hier dans la ville du Maryland, cet homme a voulu empêcher ses compagnons d'attaquer physiquement les policiers, ce qui aurait évidemment provoqué une réaction chez ses derniers.

« Non, non, écoutez-moi! Ne leur donnez pas une raison (de répliquer) », dit l'homme aux autres manifestants qui l'entourent.

Même si cet événement isolé n'a pas empêché le pillage et la destruction dans les rues de Baltimore, lundi, cette vidéo a fait le tour du web et est reconnue comme une bonne façon de redorer le blason des manifestants, dont l'image est ternie par les actes des plus radicaux d'entre eux.

« Ils ne montrent pas ça aux nouvelles #BaltimoreRiots », indique la personne qui a mis en ligne la vidéo sur Twitter, @ajplus.

« Quel personnage fantastique — voilà ce qu'on devrait retenir! » et « Ça, c'est du courage. Se tenir debout entre deux groupes en colère ainsi » sont quelques commentaires qu'on peut lire en réaction à cette vidéo.
