La plainte a été déposée auprès d'un tribunal fédéral pour bloquer la mise en oeuvre du nouveau décret anti-immigration de l'administration du président Donald Trump, qui doit entrer en vigueur jeudi. Le procureur général de Californie ainsi que d'autres États comme le Minnesota, New York ou l'Orégon ont fait savoir qu'ils se joignaient à ce recours.
