Les dons de Zuckerberg n'iront pas tous à des œuvres caritatives

Mark Zuckerberg a fait grand bruit hier en annonçant qu'il va léguer 99 % de ses actions à sa fondation. Les documents juridiques montrent toutefois que cette fondation n'est pas un organisme de bienfaisance, mais une compagnie contrôlée par Zuckerberg, rapporte Buzzfeed. Cette compagnie peut dépenser son argent comme bon lui semble. Elle se lancera notamment dans l'investissement privé.
