Les policiers français ont donné l'assaut pour mettre fin aux deux prises d'otages en cours vendredi matin en France.

Les deux auteurs présumés de l'attentat contre le journal Charlie Hebdo, les frères Chérif et Saïd Kouachi, ont été abattus. Les frères Kouachi s'étaient enfermés dans une usine située à Dammartin-en-Goële, au nord-est de Paris.

Amedy Coulibaly, qui tenait plusieurs personnes en otage dans une épicerie casher près de la porte de Vincennes, est également tombé sous les balles.

Les premières informations faisaient état de plusieurs otages décédés ou blessés.
